Navena LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective September 10, 2026

The short version

Navena helps you organize financial planning information. Your information is stored on your device and synced to your account through Supabase. We use Google Analytics for basic site traffic. We do not sell your personal information. Please do not enter bank account numbers, card numbers, Social Security numbers, login credentials, or other highly sensitive information.

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Navena LLC (“Navena,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit navena.app, create or use an account, use the Navena financial-planning experience, participate in testing, or contact us. Navena is a product operated by Navena LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

2. Information we handle

Account information

We use your email address to create and manage access. Supabase processes authentication data such as your email address, encrypted password credentials, session information, sign-in timestamps, and related security data. Navena does not receive your readable password.

Planning information

Information you enter may include income, payday dates, expenses, debts, balances, interest rates, savings amounts, goals, preferences, and payment activity. A copy is stored in your browser and synced to Supabase under your account so it can follow your login across supported devices. We do not intentionally send these financial-planning details to Google Analytics.

Usage and device information

Google Analytics may receive a browser identifier, pages visited, approximate location, referral source, browser and device type, operating system, and similar technical information. Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request logs, and related technical data needed to deliver and protect the service.

Communications

If you contact us, report a problem, or send feedback or a screenshot, we receive the information you choose to provide. Remove unrelated personal information from screenshots and do not send highly sensitive information.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, personalize, sync, and secure Navena.
  • Authenticate users and maintain accounts.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the service.
  • Respond to requests, feedback, and security reports.
  • Prevent misuse and protect users, Navena, and others.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. Service providers include Supabase for authentication and account-linked storage, Google Analytics for traffic reporting, and hosting and technical providers that deliver and protect Navena. They process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We may disclose information in response to valid legal process, to investigate fraud or security issues, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

5. Cookies and local storage

Navena uses browser storage to maintain your session and a local copy of planning information. When you are signed in and online, Navena syncs planning information to your account. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies, including the _ga cookie, to distinguish browsers and sessions.

Blocking or deleting cookies and local storage may sign you out or affect the service. Synced information may return after you sign in again.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account and planning information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Local copies remain until you reset Navena or clear browser storage. Provider logs, analytics, backups, and communications may remain for limited periods under provider settings and legitimate recordkeeping needs.

Clearing browser storage does not delete synced information. Account deletion does not automatically clear copies already stored on your devices. To request deletion of your account and synced planning information, contact us using the address below. We may retain limited records when legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

7. Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of account-linked information. You may also ask us to close your account, withdraw from testing, or answer a privacy question. You can manage local information through Navena’s reset tools or browser settings and manage analytics cookies through browser privacy controls.

Email support@navena.app to make a request. We may verify your identity and account ownership before completing it. Availability of a request and any exceptions depend on applicable law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including account authentication, access controls, encrypted network connections, and account-scoped storage. No system is completely secure. Use a strong, unique password, protect access to your devices, and contact us promptly if you believe your account is at risk.

9. Children

Navena is intended for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to Navena.

10. United States service

Navena is operated from the United States. If you access it from another location, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Navena changes. The effective date shows the latest revision. We will provide notice appropriate to the nature of a material change.
